Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs
(with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us),
without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction,
unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
In no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back,
or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods –
whichever occurs first.

Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days
from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Conditions for Returns

As our products are intended for direct body contact,
only unopened, unused, and originally sealed products can be returned.

Opened, used, or soiled yoga mats are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons.

Please ensure that your return is carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.

No Right of Withdrawal for Pre-Orders or Custom Products

For products that are made to order or individually prepared,
the right of withdrawal applies only as long as production has not yet started.

Once the shipping or production process has begun, a withdrawal is unfortunately no longer possible.
