Each Carma mat is packed with care and a touch of floral magic. 
As a small, heart-led label working in true Ohana family spirit, we usually need up to 7 days to lovingly prepare and ship your order.

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Estimated rates (non-binding, as of October 2025):

Germany: approx. €5.90
Austria & EU: approx. €16.90
Switzerland: approx. 21.90 CHF (plus any applicable customs duties & taxes)
Worldwide: depends on destination and weight – calculated at checkout

Please note:
For orders outside the EU, local customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply.
These are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Pre-Orders

Some mats are part of our Pre-Launch Collections.
They are lovingly crafted for you and are expected to be ready for shipping by the end of November.
As soon as your mat is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link via email.

Returns

As a small label, we kindly ask for your understanding that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Yoga mats can only be returned if unused, unopened, and still in their original sealed packaging.
Opened or used mats cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
